With the gradual march of time, the study of commerce anchored its roots firmly and Goenka College became the premier institution of teaching commerce in the city.




Guest Faculty Recruitment Notice

Applications are invited for recruitment of Guest Faculties for the MBA Course of the college.

Required qualifications :

1. 1st class or equivalent in MBA with specialisation in Finance / Marketing / Human  
    Resource  Management.
2. Two years of relevant experience is desirable.

For Information Technology/Computer Science, BE/B Tech and ME/M Tech in Information Technology/computer Science with 1st class or equivalent either in BE/ B Tech or ME/M Tech.


BE/B Tech and MCA with 1st class or equivalent in either BE/B Tech or MCA.


MCA with 1st class or equivalent with two years relevant experience.

Selected candidates will be entitled to a remuneration of Rs.1000/- per lecture subject to a maximum Rs.25,000 per month.

First year B.Com. (Hons.) classes of the session 2014-2015 will commence on 24.07.2014 (Thursday). Morning Section students are directed to assemble in the college auditorium within 6.45 a.m. on 24.07.2014. Students of Day section are directed to assemble in the college auditorium within 11.15 a.m. on the same date.

College Sections


The College has two sections: Morning and Day. Both the sections of the college are co-educational. Morning classes are held between 6.45 a.m. and 10.45 a.m. Day classes are held from 11.15 a.m. to 4.15 p.m. on weekdays and 11.15 a.m. to 2.15 p.m. on Saturdays. M. Com. classes are held from 10 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.

After admission change of section from Day to Morning or vice versa is not permitted.
